The listing did disclose that the original box was “damaged” (and shown in pictures), but it could have been placed in a second box just to ensure the box didn’t fall apart during transit. Other than that, very happy with this seller.

The only item I received was the turbine and would have had to spend another $42 to get the rest. So it was literally useless to me. The listing was misleading and the description made no mention of it. Now for the 5 star rating anyway. The head was in superb condition. The seller shipped immediately. And the seller refunded immediately. Communication was stellar!

Although the box had been opened, packaging was GREAT bcz the Seller made it look tight and secure. All Apasso faucet parts are clean: no dents, scratches, etc. Brand-spanking new--as described! GREAT value for the money bcz all I needed was the diverter handle which Apasso doesn't sell separately.
