    The packaging was terrible. The pot had worn thru the cardboard box and was exposed when we received it. The pot was covered with a solidified grease compound ( very heavy on the inside and uneven on the outside ). Presume this grease is a curing agent for the cast iron. Took some work to get the pot ready for use.
