    The mounting hardware is cheap junk! Loose/sloppy fitting seat to main hardware bar, and the threaded mounting bracket (2) threads are obviously poorly and incompletely formed. The plastic hold down nuts won't even "hand tighten" without slipping loose! Additionally, as a previous reviewer wrote, "...pea sized dents...". It is easily dented!
