These knives are strong, sharp, and the right length. The quality is great. I've had problems with other knives snapping in the past but these held up and did the job well. Overall they were versatile, and sturdy. Great value for the price. They are also packaged in groups of about 50 (I did not count them so it's an estimate) which means those in storage are still clean and untouched. These knives were just what I was looking for.

About as sturdy as you're going to find
Last time I restocked my office's break room, I got the cheapest forks, knives, and spoons the restaurant supply place had. That was a mistake. Those knives are basically useless for cutting - I expect I'll have to relegate them to coffee stirring duty. This time I got these Dealusy knives and they're about as tough as any plastic knives I've come across. I'm definitely trying their forks next. The economy forks I got are so flimsy that at least twice I've bit the tip off a tine and had to spit out a mouthful of food to avoid swallowing a sharp bit of plastic.
