I received this item today and the shower handle is clearly used. The box it arrived in was damaged, and when I opened it, the handle was covered in jobsite dust. All of the accompanying parts were outside of their protective packaging, and some pieces appear to be missing. It looks like this product was previously returned and reshipped without being properly inspected.
