    1. There is little clearance under toilet. If drain flange is above floor will require up to 1/2 inch grout under toilet. Should add some installation notes to instructions. 2. Fit and finish between tank and toilet is poor.. tank rocks.. 3. The tank drain gasket is too thick.. after tightening the tank connection bolts as much as I feel comfortable, the drain gasket is not fully compressed and tank still rocks.. 4. To install toilet seat last requires a contortionist.. there must be an better way. Thumb screws.. talk to BEMIS I do not recommend the 2 piece.. we bought 5.. Less

    I am so glad I chose this toilet, thanks to help from your salesperson, Ken, at Ferguson's in South Tampa. It looks beautiful in my remodeled bathroom. And so far it works very well. I love the higher seat and the soft close lid. They left the special plastic screws out of my packaging, so we couldn't attach the plastic lid. But I purchased a wood lid that we used instead and I like it better than the lightweight plastic lid. Less
