    I received the wrong size backset. It was advertised as 2 3/4 backset and the dead bolt was 2 3/8. This will not work for my door. I requested a refund and they declined and won’t respond to my messages. I’m frustrated with them and don’t recommend anyone to buy from them.

    Not true. We double checked the backsets before sending them and they were correct. We have a 30 guaranteed replacement or refund policy with no questions asked and even provide return shipping if something was wrong. He waited over 3 months before even contacting us. I am sorry, but the return policy is not open ended. Check our other feedback. Lots of happy customers.
