    I purchased this tub, and the finish is coming off. In multiple areas not just one area. Customer service offered me a check for $238. For the price I paid for this tub it is simply ruined. I did not spend this much money on a tub for it not to be guaranteed. I am a designer and understand the patina process in copper. this is a finish that comes off and shows a bright copper finish up against the black. As a designer I would have liked to have used signature hardware in the future. But after seeing what this tub has done they have certainly lost a customer. Do not purchase this tub under the assumption that the black finish will stay, as it will certainly chip off in certain areas eventually. Extremely disappointed in this tub and the company. Less
