    Customer care and delivery was excellent. As far as the product, the vanity is beautiful but functionally it doesn't quite meet the mark. The drawers are supposed to be soft close but they don't because the drawers do not glide smoothly but have to be pushed in otherwise they stay stuck. All 3 drawers do not soft close. So the soft close feature is useless. You hope that when you spend $3500 on a vanity, it should come without any functional issues but unfortunately, I'll have to live with it. I bought a $300 vanity for my guest bath since I didn't need anything fancy and that vanity came without any issues and works perfectly. Less

    We bought all SH products to redo our bathroom; tub, vanity, and shower system. I have never been so disappointed. All of the products have issues and horrible install instructions, and we hired professionals to install everything and even they were shocked. The back is solid so it needs to be drilled out for plumbing. The drawers are too shallow. There are shelves in the cabinets but there is no need for them because the plumbing will be in the way. Basically there is no usable space. Less
