Shipping speed was slow it took them a week to get the item to USPS and when I inquired about the items status they did very little other than to tell me if it didn't ship in a week they would refund me my money. Lastly the item was shipped in an unpadded bag. Luckily it wasn't damaged in shipping. This company definitely needs to work on its shipping and customer service.

The keyboard was shipped in its original packaging so delivery knew what it was and the seller was not lying, the box was beat up badly. But the keyboard looks and operates perfectly! Highly recommend seller!
