  I guess I have to eat my words about saying this item wasn't within the U.S. because the Item showed up super fast and had superb packaging, Nothing was broken and the box was in perfect condition! It looked amazing as the quality was immaculate. The seller communicated amazingly and took special precautions to get it here in less then three DAYS!!! not months.   That was awesome! I thought I was in a dream . I ordered the item and by the time I sent for packaged tracking number , not only did they respond and told me that my item would be delivered the same exact day that they responded (In which was the next day later) ,but that item made it thru to me later that evening (labeled and everything) . I couldn’t believe it being that from I’m located verses where the item was coming from which was far but I’m highly impressed

  I rec'd this new fuser in timely fashion. It was shipped in a generic brown product box, not the OEM Brother packaging as advertised. This is a generic replacement fuser made in China, like all the other less expensive fusers advertised on ebay. I am disappointed to have paid extra for what was represented to be a genunie Brother product. I asked the Seller for an explanation and received an apology and offer to pay return shipping, but nothing about correcting the false listing. Buyer beware.
