I was sent a different, inferior bulb in a different package (previously opened). I contacted the seller with no reply. I believe this to be a "bait and switch". 3 pictures attached - (the listing photo, the bulb I was sent and packaging). OttLite has no such bulb (note squared top and lack of imprint at the bottom) on their website.
