    The selection is excellent, the people are top notch. I went in looking for a kitchen faucet and no knowledge. I walked out not making a mistake and getting the wrong type of faucet. The very nice woman who helped me asked the right questions. I didn't even know what kind of faucet I needed and would have made a mistake. I needed one that didn't have the counterweight and that selection is very limited. We quickly found exactly the right one, it was delivered earlier than promised and the installation went without a hitch. Thanks Ferguson for a job well done and to that woman who was very knowledgeable on this. I'm sorry I don't remember her name but she sits over to the left in the back close to the vent hoods when you come in the door. Less

    This is pretty but I have to say that I am a bit disappointed by the functionality. The reach is not as great as I thought it would be probably because the stiff stem is so high. This leaves little room for maneuvering. I can't really get into the corners of my deep sink. Also, the handle is a paddle and is very short. I didn't expect that and I don't like the way it feels, but that is just me. If I could, I would do something else. Less
