Broken toilets; wrong size fixtures

I shopped at the Ferguson showroom. The toilet I ordered arrived broken. The replacement toilet arrived broken. The third toilet arrived broken. No one from Ferguson seemed terribly concerned about it, even though my project was delayed in plumbers and contractors had to be called off for week after week. I had to deal with online people instead of showroom employees each time. The showroom employee sold me the wrong fixtures for a tub and shower replacement even though I took in photos of what needed to be replaced. This was discovered at the time of installation so I had to bring plumbers back to make the correction after the new fixtures were received. I also had to deal with both the online and show them people to get refunds. I ended up going to a local business that charged a little more but provided great service and undamaged products. In the future, I will gladly spend a little more to avoid all the aggravation and delay and extra plumbing costs that were a result of my experience with Ferguson. Less
