The valve arrived in good condition except the stops were missing. I know Delta is of the highest quality, so I contacted the vendor with this issue. I was offered a full refund or a discount to keep the valve body. I elected to take the discount and purchased the missing stops online. It was advertised as "Open Box" and the box was literally open and not taped when received. Furthermore, the beautiful Polished Chrome components were separated only by a single layer of white gift tissue paper. Fortunately, luck prevailed and all of the components are in perfect condition with no scuffs, scratches or dents. Ultimately, I got a great Kohler product at a great price. Thank you.
