    The product was just as advertised but once our bathroom was complete we couldn't use it. No fault of the product, totally my lack of planning. I attempted to initiate a return several weeks ago but still haven't heard from the retailer how to return it. I would be more than happy to pay the return shipping (it was my fault) but I have no idea how to return it.
