    In the course of redoing the master bathroom, my contractor suggested build.com, I ended up working with someone in the "Chat" and they were very helpful. I was looking for an all in one solution with a Rain Shower like shower head with a separate wand. I looked at all the "name brands" I was familiar with, yet kept coming back to the Signature product as it looked amazing. The person in the "chat" was very helpful in explaining the product which gave me confidence to try a different brand. The good news is the tile is all in, and I sealed it yesterday, will do one more coat today and in three weeks the class will be installed...so the Shower system is in, and it is beautiful, as well, it is elegant in it's simplicity. I asked my two contractors from Ukraine if they liked it, or if it would be difficult to install. Their comment was "...it's very nice, and no problem, it's very European." They thought it was awesome...and opened their eyes to the Signature brand as well for other projects. Less
