    I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve gone through THREE replacements of this faucet, and every single one developed a leak from the handle within weeks of installation. The final one failed so badly it flooded my kitchen and caused water damage in the bedroom below. While customer service was great and ultimately gave us a refund, the product itself is absolutely not worth the headache or the risk. I expected far better quality—save yourself the stress and steer clear of this faucet. Less

    The sprayer on my Levi Kitchen Faucet with Pull-Down Spring Spout - Brushed Nickel (model SH405688) has been a problem since we purchased it. When open and pressurized, the valve won't allow the handle to operate, and the sprayer is useless. The water pressure is keeping the sprayer from functioning as it should, which defeats the purpose of the unit altogether. Less
