    I have been buying signature hardware for years now and am very disappointed with the quality of this faucet. Before even installing, we were testing out the handles (with minimal pressure) and the entire handle just snapped off! How can metal snap THAT easily on a $400 faucet?! We called customer service and they were rude and unhelpful when we asked for a replacement part or even offered to buy the replacement part. They said they didn’t want to break up a set. For these prices I expect exponentially better customer service. While all of their products are beautiful, the quality is ridiculous. Do better signature hardware!! Less

    I’m so disappointed in this faucet. I thought this faucet was so pretty when I was picking it out, but while my house was being built, the faucet handles broke 2 times before I even moved into the house. I blamed it on all the trades that came in and out. I told the builder that they were being too rough with it. Fast forward… I’ve been in my new home for two weeks now, this faucet hardly gets used bc it’s in an upstairs bathroom and I went to turn the faucet on and ANOTHER handle broke. I barely touched it! Ugh! So frustrating. The faucet is pretty, but very cheaply made. Btw… I never write reviews, but after 3 broken handles on a brand new home, I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with this product. Hopefully once I email them about it, they will send me a replacement handle. Less
