Once installed, the shelf looks great and feels sturdy. The two stars reflect the ridiculously poor instructions to mount and the lack of a template that would have reduced my two hour installation to 15 minutes. People have been complaining about this issue for a least a year and nothing has changed. Same old crappy instructions and no template. There must be some AI software that responds to these reviews because if it were a real person they would tell the manufacturer to take 15 minutes to generate a template and stick it in the box. The less than 5 star reviews and complaints would go away. I suspect this will never happen. Please give me back my two hours! Less

The other reviewers are not wrong, there are no directions or template you just have to wing it. It looks great, but it is certainly not a beginner project. Pretty surprising that a premium brand like Signature Hardware cant even be bothered to provide directions or templates. I expected better. I will say the final product looks great, but holy cannoli is installation tedious. Less
