Looks good but it is made of pretty thin metal. My biggest complain is it should have multiple places to fasten into place. As provided, only the central mount point exists and since the metal is thin, you cannot tighten it greatly without bending the metal. So I plan a pilot hole at the top to keep it from moving when someone taps it with their heads.
