    I opened the box the heater came in and found the lock nut for the battery compartment was broken. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly to say that I could get one from Home Depot and that they would check on it. They never got back to me. Some time passed and I finally had the opportunity to install the heater and discovered that the heat shield and the rain shield were also missing from the box. Sent a message to the seller a week and a half ago and got no response.
