This light definitely was not new. The whole circumference of the light is very scratched. Tried to clean it thinking I could shine it up. Nope.
The metal seams do not line up in areas, like it had possibly been bent some?
The packaging was torn with holes in the box on two of the sides. The styrofoam that cradles the chandelier for protection was broken up in several small pieces.
