Hi, I purchased this wall sconce for the hallway between my bedroom and bathroom and it is perfect! The light is dim but bright enough for the middle of the night if you need light. I also use this light if I'm going out when it is dark and I don't want to use the regular bright houselights but I just want a little light when I come back home and my hands are full.
