Really nicely made fixture. Included everything needed to install it except tools and a ladder. Nice really glass with a little tint. Heavy metal frame with a good finish. We bought several Minka fixtures for our new house and they have all been this was. We put two of these on opposite side wall of our basement den. Don't expect to light a room up using a 60 watt bulb in each. But we'll have them on when we watch TV. They would probably work nice in a hall too. Check the size before your order, they would probably be too big for use around a bathroom sink unless you have a big bathroom.
