Construction quality is very good, attachment of the blades are difficult as the hidden screws are hard to see when assembling. But most of all, I'm very disappointed this fan lacks a higher speed. It almost seems this fan's high speed mode is comparable to other brand's medium speed and seriously lacks moving a lot of air. I have one Hunter 60" fan in my Study that will blow the books off the shelves on high whereas these two fans together barely produce the airflow of my one Hunter on medium. Unfortunately, I'm inclined to keep these two fans because of the time and efforts already spent for the installation and don't want to compound my efforts again for replacing them. The three star rating is mostly for cost, quality, and application versatility. Assembly & installation takes longer than most and performance is disappointingly POOR. If you are looking for a fan to move a lot of air around a big room, this is NOT the fan you want.
