    When we remodeled out kitchen we bought light fixtures of this style only in a bronze finish. When they arrived one was cracked. The disclaimer said they would accept returns on everything but the glass. They customer service (from the factory) is basically non-existent, and replacement glass cost over $40 apiece. So when I saw these go $14 each I bought five, they were perfect replacements and I now have spares.
