The trim's white baffle is design not to reflect the light, so the bulb illuminates at its intended intensity. Trim can fit one par 38 bulb, 90-Watt max. Meets California Title 24 requirements.     She decorates the top of a white fireplace mantle. This adjustable spot light really highlights her seasonal decorations. Looks great. The dimmable bulb lets you set the brightness and mood. Drill the ceiling hole with the template, then the transformer goes into the hole connected to the fixture that snaps in place. Tapped into an existing wall switch for power & installed a dimmable switch. We love it.

    We needed a shower trim for a recessed Sea Gull fixture and bought this one. The lens has a retro-loking texture to it that looks good in our older home. It is sort of expensive compared to other lens like it, and the fixture itself had a bad ballast that required replacement, but all in all we are satisfied.

    Purchased 2 of these now for walk in showers, this is the ONLY recessed lighting fixture I could find that wasn't either plastic insert, or some type of off-white or frosted glass - looked everywhere, Menards, Home Depot, Lowes, and they are all $12 anyway. This one is clear glass, and lets light emit through much better than the frosted type that block some light.

    Good price and fast delivery. My only complaint- I wish the diameter of the outer ring was about a 1/2" wider. If the down lights in your home were installed with too much opening in the drywall, you will see a gap. Unfortunately, contractors rush and don't cut out the holes in the drywall that precisely. I know, not a fault of this trim, but a 1/2" more in diameter would have worked perfectly in our home.
