Ceiling fan downrods offer added flexibility in placing fans in the exact setting desired. Decorative 1/2-Inch diameter downrods are threaded on one end with pre-drilled holes on both ends. The threaded end of the downrod should be installed in the ball, inside the ceiling canopy. For optimum performance, Monte Carlo recommends that your ceiling fan is installed with the blades suspended between 8-Feet and 9-Feet above the floor. This downrod is in a beautiful Roman Bronze and is suited for a ceiling height of 14-Feet with a suggested downrod length of 60-Inch. Whether its form and style or simple functionality, know that Monte Carlo sets the standard for exceptional quality.
