    Nice looking quality fixture but the one I received had obvious blemishes on the glass. I didn’t notice it until it was installed. I didn’t want to bother removing it to return but I wish I had. Quality control should have seen it.

    There are only 2 bolts included. No wire nuts.
    The 2 bolts are supposed to simultaneously attach the mounting plate to the junction box, and attach the light base to the plate. I tried for over an hour, and no luck, even with the bolts hanging by a literal thread to the junction box.
