    The seller was great! I received my boots, but they had a strong smell of stale cigarette smoke. When I contacted the seller, they said they didn't have a smoker household and didn't know why they smelled. They gave me a complete refund as there's no way to know if the smell will come out and due to the expense of buying products to try to remove the outdoor. Highly recommend this seller! 😊

    Unacceptable delivery packaging, or lack there of. The attached photo is exactly how the dryer arrived. Seller mailed a glass domed dryer in its original packaging. No outside box. No bubble wrap. No nothing for protection. Not to mention this is tempting to thieves. Sticking a "Glass" sticker on the box doesn't magically protect your $100 purchase. The seller might be careful with cheaper items, but with more expensive ones, the shipping shortcuts, to pocket our ostage dollar, are unacceptable!

    I just opened my delivery, I had to say that they were very well packaged and each plate was wrapped in bubble wrap! awesome job. I was a little nervous because last time I bought some plates from another seller, 2 plates came broken due to a poor, careless packaging; but my concerns dispersed when I opened the box!
